We take this day to shine a light on our very own Luisa Spagnoli– entrepreneur and founder of Perugina^®. Spagnoli put her employees needs first and made significant changes in the workplace when WW1 broke out by opening a nursery in her factory allowing mothers to continue working which was vital while their husbands were on the front line.
